Kathleen is a long time Instagram friend and has talent and smarts galore! I've been following her own home build journeying besides as her client projects for some time. Let's take a look at her home build in foothills of the Wasatch Mountains of Utah.

"Our domicile is 2003 square feet on the primary floor (our HOA minimum foursquare footage was two,000 on the main, and we were adamant to keep information technology as close to the minimum every bit possible – I remember nosotros did pretty well ;-)"
